This place could have a good potential but many things need to be added and fixed and more attention to detail is needed

Spacious, good for pet owners, bathrooms in every room..

Super steep stairs with no rail to hold on - surprised this has not been installed as most of the reviews mention this. The bin in the kitchen was full when we arrived, floors are super noisy. Parking 2 cars seemed to be impossible and took ages. Neighbors are noisy - jacuzzi party going on all night long waking our kids up. No doors on bathrooms.. empty roll on the toilet holder when we arrived - there was more toilet paper available but it just seemed a little odd .. no hand wash in bathrooms.

Very clean, great space, well placed for WW1 Battlefields. First impressions were really good.

Noisy neighbours, hot tub party next door went on until about 2:00 am. Other nights people shouting through the night. Parking was a problem for 2 cars. Needed some finishing touches to make excellent, like a decent oven. From a safety point of view we knew stairs were steep but a handrail would be good. Overall would recommend

overall it was a nice place to stop over on our way through, just bring your own soap!

it was a great space, and it had plenty of beds and bathrooms.

I did not like that it listed as having everything we needed but there was no soap anywhere. using the bathroom requires the use of soap. I also couldn’t find any dish soap. normally I wash pans but since I didn’t find any I put it also in the dishwasher. The property was also difficult to find. I would state in the listing that you need to park on a different street and then walk down a small walkway to the house.

we came we saw we left.the property was hard to find as it was down a narrow alley off the road.the property it self looked in very good condition and well kept inside but the area around the property didn't feel very inviting to us as groups of youths and people sleeping rough in the area.parking was very hard to find we had to spin around a while before we found anywhere, well away from the property.as i told the host we might have been wrong with our assumption of the area,but when we didn't feel safe we felt it was time to leave.

Mon séjour était merveilleux.

Mes amis et moi-même avons énormément apprécié la maison. Celle-ci était au-delà de nos attentes ! Elle possède énormément de cachet, nous avons très vite fait la répartition des chambres, la cuisine est très bien équipé : nous avons eu la possibilité de faire un repas délicieux. L'accès aux chambres est plus ou moins simple, il fallait juste faire attention aux escaliers mais sinon, c'était très bien. Je retournerai sans hésiter dans cette maison.

Il y a juste quelques détails comme les escaliers et les interrupteurs un peu relié mais aucune maison n'est parfaite, je l'ai apprécié telle quelle. Cela nous a juste un peu amusé !

L'emplacement au fond d'une cour intérieure : les voisins sont très bruyants ! Ils ont discuté à l'extérieur jusqu'à 2 h du matin On a eu beaucoup de mal à se garer.

Die Unterkunft ist groß und geräumig und hat zu jeden Schlafzimmer ein passables Bad.

Kleinere Renovierungen (fehlender Knauf an der Duschtür, Druckknopf für Toilettenspülung fehlt, Verdunklungsvorhang in einem Schlafzimmer fehlt, der ist aber notwendig, weil das gegenüberliegende Haus nachts die Gasse beleuchtet, fehlende Spülmaschine) sind notwendig. Die Treppen sind sehr steil und nichts für ältere Menschen oder sehr kleine Kinder.

Le logement est immense en nombre de chambres et salle de bains. C’est parfait pour des grands groupes. Il est très propre et bien équipé ! Je recommande

Bon à savoir: les escaliers (échelles) sont très raide pour monter dans le logement. Si vous avez des problèmes physiques je ne vous conseille pas le logement.

indépendance des arrivées / départs maison spacieuse et plutôt charmante bcp de chambres et d'espace instructions détaillées et claires pour l'arrivée le WIFI etc

les chauffages coupés à l'arrivée !! (problématique quand vous arrivez un 20 décembre à 23h avec des nourrissons) ; réfrigérateur débranché (problématique pour la conservation des aliments) ; L’adresse approximative qui ne permet de savoir vraiment où se situe la maison (si nous avions pu voir "l'impasse" avant la réservation nous ne l'aurions sans doute pas sélectionnée, en effet plutôt bruyante et peu agréable) ; Pas simple de se garer dans la rue vous obligeant à des aller retours ; Attention aux escaliers notamment avec des enfants ; Relance avec menace de surfacturation pour le départ si retard - nous avons quitté les lieux à 12h au lieu de 11h (j'entends les obligations de nettoyage etc. mais un peu de compréhension, surtout quand il s’agit d’une famille avec des enfants en bas âge)...

Le nombre de chambres avec chacune une salle d eau et aussi le fait que chacun pouvait avoir son espace à lui puisque 2 étages et une chambre par un escalier à part. Les équipements à disponibilité sont un plus également

Aprés avoir pris possession de la clef et visité le logement, nous ne l'avons pas occupé pour une question de sécurité.

les escaliers sont "raides", dangereux et ne répondent pas aux normes de sécurité. l'absence d'un garde corps met en danger la sécurité des occupants. Le remboursement a été refusé par le propriétaire. Une plainte sera déposée pour mise en danger des personnes. Pas de toilettes au rez-de chaussée. Le descriptif est tendancieux: l'adresse exacte du logement n'est connue qu'après paiement. Il est mal signalé. Son accès nécessite de traverser d'un passage non éclairé ainsi qu'une courée de plusieurs maisons.
