The location of the hotel
It could of used an other TV in the bedrooms

Very spacious, great balcony overlooking parkland and the water and walking distance from shops, cafes and supermarkets.
Hot water was a bit sporadic, sometimes resulting in a cool/cold shower.

Good location
Cleanliness was a joke, car park was terrible, lights not all working, air con not controllable, 2am wake up for a false fire alarm on ANZAC day was just utterly rude, only one working front door, shower constantly switched between hot as hell and cold as ice with out the taps being adjusted, there was no staff to interact with. Will not be back.
