Location was good. A rural property with horses.
Dirty BBQ. Bbq cover on the ground behind it , covered in dust and cobwebs.Large dead spider on wardrobe floor. Kettle and toaster were visibly dirty and greasy to touch. Other dishes were the same. I washed dishes prior to using as they mostly had a greasy film . The lamp next to the couch was broken and behind the couch was a child’s ball. It had been a long while since it had been cleaned.
