La ubicación. El trato del anfitrión. Tuvimos un problema con la entrada, que se hacía a distancia y no funcionó. Oliver vino lo antes posible y nos lo solventó. Trato perfecto.
El olor del baño, a tubería y la tapa del water habría que reponerla. se descoloca al sentarse y es incómodo.

Apartamento muy cómodo y limpio. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en gijon. La ubicación es inmejorable para pasear por la playa y visitar la ciudad.
Por decir algo, estuvimos esperando un ratito para que nos abrieran el apartamento y se nos hizo pesado.

Apartamento muy cómodo para una familia de tres. Muy bien ubicado (a 200 metros de la playa de San Lorenzo) Todo limpio. El check-in súper fácil de realizar. El dueño del apartamento muy atento en todo momento. Te da recomendaciones para comer, aparcar y cualquier otra cosa que le pidas.
Lo malo es el aparcamiento. Es todo zona azul. Hay un parking justo enfrente pero sale caro. A 5/8 minutos de distancia a pie (por la zona del estadio) hemos encontrado donde aparcar en zona gratuita.
