I knew from the photo that this place would be perfect. High enough to look out over the incredibly beautiful sea, cross breezes so even in 85 degree weather, no need for the air conditioner in the bedroom. Great amenities like a washing machine! Kelly was very responsive and helpful a couple of times. We would have appreciated when we arrived having an intro sheet with the protocol about getting in and out of the gate and a suggestion for a "good" supermarket (it took us four stores to find The Market which we loved). Also, we missed having a corkscrew and bottle opener! Other than these small things, our stay was really great.

Our biggest complaint is the security of the doors. The front door is very weathered and made of thin wooden slats that could easily be broken, then the screen cut to allow someone to break in. It also didn't close unless it was basically slammed shut. It let in a fair amount of heat and with the only AC in the bedroom, the rest of the condo got rather warm. We knew there was AC in the bedroom only but thought there would be a cross breeze. Thankfully there was a big fan. Also the patio door and door from the bedroom to the patio do not lock. This wasn't too much of a concern as we were on the second floor in the back. Still, it would be nice to have the ability to lock them. We noticed that nearly all of the other condos had nice front doors.There are several issues we noticed (ceiling cracked and hanging open in front of the patio, possibly from a water leak, cracked caulk in the bathroom tub, windows were incredibly difficult to open or close due to needing lubricant or something, baseboards were somewhat shabby) but those are things that the owner could and should fix fairly easily.It wasn't all bad, the view was great, neighbors were quiet, good central location. Kelly was wonderful to work with, the rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable and the furnishings were nice. Just a little sprucing up and a new front door would make this place perfect.

Thank you for suppling the three beach chairs and beach towels. The queen sized airbed worked great for our adult daughter. The condo is large and the trade winds keep it cool. We liked the central location which enabled us to easily explore the island.

The property itself is great. Good safe location. The listing says AC but be aware that it's just a little wall unit in the bedroom. While staying there the power went out one night, and not being from a humid environment, it got really hot and uncomfortable for myself and my pregnant wife. Tried reaching out to the manager who told us that power outages are common being a small island and told us hopefully it'll come back on. That led me to think why wouldn't this property have some kind of back up for these common outages? There wasn't a backup generator for the AC, and there weren't any flashlights. After an hour of no power, reached out to the manager again and never heard back from them. Ended up working with VRBO and relocated to a hotel with power and backups incase of outages.
If the power would not have gone out, this would've been a fine place to stay. If you stay here, just hope the power doesn't go out.
