This cozy lake retreat accomadates 6-7 guests in the bedrooms, with an extra large sectional in the living area.
Master bedroom has King bed with full bathroom attached & walk-in closet as well as a dedicated work place. In the walk-in closet you will find a stowaway twin bed to use if needed.
Extra comfy bedding is always included!
The secondary bedroom has a queen-size bed.
Third bedroom features a triple bunk for the kiddos!!

The spacious living room room is a great place to curl up with a book or plan a movie night on one of the 3 TVs(located in primary bedroom, living room, Sunroom) that all have Roku sticks. The Sunroom features large windows and amazing lake views, with seating for watching some football or playing board games.

Overall, all a great stay! We enjoyed the house and being able to park our boats at the dock for easy on and off. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 small kids and a dog. Would stay again!

Our family of 6 had an awesome time at Hooked on Hartwell! During our stay, we spent almost all of our time outdoors. Loved our time floating & paddle boarding in the lake! Enjoyed the outdoor & indoor games, fire pit & the grill. My husband was THRILLED to see Golden Tee, lol. There was plenty of space inside for 6 adults. Definitely would recommend this rental to others!

Our family group of 5 found this to be a perfect spot for a lake vacation. The house was easy to find, was clean, well organized, and had plenty of space for our group. The game room provided lots of opportunities for entertainment and had a great view of the lake. The walk down to the dock was short and easy for all of us. Kayaks and other lake toys and jackets were provided. Overall this was a great week and we highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun and peaceful visit to Lake Hartwell.
