Fantastic summer Duplex in a quiet and safe residential complex close to Barrosa Beach. Airco and communal pool area. Holiday home for up to 4 people. Duplex with private garden and terrace, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Distributed on two levels, both bedrooms are on the upper floor. Fully equipped kitchen. BBQ possibilities The accommodation has an intelligent lock. Once you have completed your online check-in, you will receive the access instructions and the opening link. We will always be at your disposal, digitally or by telephone, and at times indicated. The beach of 'La Barrosa' is well known all along the coast. White sand and calm waters make it an ideal place to spend the summer and enjoy the good weather with friends or family. The beach kiosks invite you to refresh with a beer or a 'tinto de verano.' The moments of the sunset on the beach are indelibly engraved in the visitor's memory. We recommend hiring a car for better mobility although public transportations are available. You can access the accommodation anytime after 4 pm. Early check-in can only be managed upon request. If you need one, please send us an e-mail. Remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, and your online guest registration. Please be aware that guest registration is mandatory for individuals over 16 years old, and access to the property can only be given when completed for all travelers. You only need to finish the registration process online if you paid your entire reservation upfront to your favorite booking platform (Airbnb, Tripadvisor, etc.).
