    We recently stayed at this hotel from 14–15 February, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. During our one-night stay, we had to change rooms twice due to multiple issues. In the first room, the sink was clogged and the bidet was not working. We were then transferred to a second room, but after returning from an evening walk, we found that the electricity was not working. Instead of allowing our kids to rest, we had to wait again to be moved to a third room. Breakfast room service was also very disappointing. The staff offered room service, and we agreed. We called at 7:30 AM, but the food only arrived at 9:05 AM, and it was not even what we had ordered. Overall, the facilities and service were very poor. Based on our recent stay, we do not recommend this hotel.

    Stayed at Safari Hotel & Villas recently. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, which I really appreciated throughout our stay. However, a few things need improvement: the pool was not well maintained, the bathroom tiles had an unpleasant smell and felt unclean, and the room lighting was quite dim and needs better brightness for comfort. Overall, good service from the staff but the facilities definitely need better upkeep.
