Very good and comfortable, my recommendations!

Very comfortable, clean, the host was very pleasant, provided everything we asked for in a very short time, there was the cleaning of the room every few days, everything is new and spacious. I would definitely recomment the apartament.

The only thing missing is the shower curtain. It is a bit boring gathering the water from the whole floor every time you get into a quick shower.

Avoid

The worst experience we have ever had. Far from the city, you had to walk uphill to get there and then back once more since we did not have a car. The rooms were not too clean. The hosts were quite rude

Brand new apartment close to Sarande town and amenities.

We arrived at the apartment a bit later then expected due to the delayed ferry service. Host was very understanding, messaged him via whats app. Found a parking spot waiting for us beneath the building and was welcomed by the host's aunt. Although she couldn't speak much English, she showed us around the apartment gracefully, gave us wi-fi and settled the payment. Eri, the host was always available on the chat whenever something was not clear. The place is brand new, walking distance to town main promenade and close to all amenities. Had a lovely big terrace overlooking the city, great for sunsets! Fully airconditioned and new furnishings. Comfy bed, although mattress a bit on the hard side for my likings. Great black out curtains to block the light. Wifi and TV worked very good. Very good shower with pressure and temperature. Nicely equipped kitchenette. A pleasant stay and great value for money overall.

Although a secured property, felt a bit unsafe on the ground floor apartment. Both living and bedroom doors are located exactly on a openly terrace. No safe in the apartment, and being that Albania still relies on cash payments mostly (including this apartment) would have been nice to have a safer place to lock our valuables. Kitchen needs an electric kettle, unfortunately the turkish coffee maker doesn't boil enough water. Coffee lovers like me, require mugs too in the kitchen. Shower could do with a glass partition. It might be simply not installed yet, as the place is very new, but struggled a bit to shower when water was going all over the bathroom floor and toilet. A shower gel dispenser in the shower would have been nice. Extra toilet paper and change of towels is by request. Had an insect situation once and would have loved to have bug spray available. A few washing pods would have been nice to have by the machine. Otherwise super!

The location is around 12-15 minute walk to the boulevard but could take more going up.

The view from the balcony on the sea and Corfu island is amazing. Modern new built appartement inclusief everything I needed ( including the washing machine). It is just around one kilometer from the best beach of Sarandë and one kilometer from the bus stop to Tirana, harbor is around 1 kilometer as well. For me it was no problem, 15-20 minutes to walk. There is no noise like in center of Sarandë ( music, disco, people ) and the air quality is better, because it is little bit on the hill/mountain. Appartement was very clean and spacious.

Wi Fi could be stronger, weak internet connection and low internet speed. Hairdryer would be nice to have in the appartement.

Host disponibile e appartamento molto bello!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, appartamento pulito e dotato del necessario. L'host è stato molto reattivo per trovare una soluzione a un paio di imprevisti capitati per il parcheggio e il pagamento, gliene siamo molto grati! La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro di Saranda a piedi in un quarto d'ora, tenendo conto del piccolo dislivello da affrontare al ritorno.

Per l'appartamento nulla da segnalare. Per il parcheggio abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovarlo tutti i giorni, in quanto i parcheggi gratuiti sono lungo la strada, ma nel periodo in cui abbiamo viaggiato (agosto) purtroppo c'era molta affluenza e non è stato facile trovare sempre posto. Sicuramente in altri periodi è più semplice, e in ogni caso con un po' di pazienza ce la siamo cavata.

Szkoda że oddalone trochę od plaży, słabe plaże w Sarandzie, najlepiej jechać między Sarandę a Vlorę od Sarandy 30 km super plaże.

Vacanza in apnea

Ho prenotato un appartamento vista giardino e mi sono ritrovata in un appartamento infossato vista sul nulla. La finestra della mia camera da letto si affacciava su un deposito chiuso, impossibile da aprire. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà . In cucina non c era la macchinetta del caffè come in foto. Il balcone si affacciava su un pianerottolo vista ascensore. Il proprietario alla mia richiesta di cambio non ha potuto far nulla se non uno sconto di 44€!! Mi è stato chiesto l orario del check in ma al mio arrivo non ho trovato nessuno, la chiave era dentro l appartamento . Avevo fatto una richiesta speciale di due cuscini ma mi sono stati forniti il giorno dopo, il proprietario non si era ricordato!! Abbastanza distante dal centro circa 2km Lo stabile è nuovo l arredamento decente . I problemi riscontrati oltre alla mancanza sia di luce che di aria nell’appartamento sono stati inerenti all’energia elettrica che spesso andava via anche tre volte in una stessa giornata . Pulizia buona….. solo quella

Ottimo soggiorno di fine giugno a Saranda

L'appartamento era nuovo e distava a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal mare (prendendo scorciatoie/scalette che Maps non indica). Molto bello il terrazzo su cui poter mangiare. La casa era sempre fresca e all'occorrenza era munita di condizionatore. Utili le zanzariere che evitavano l'ingresso di insetti (in quel periodo non c'erano zanzare). Comodo il parcheggio al coperto sotto l'appartamento. Davvero apprezzata la gentilezza e l'ospitalità del proprietario di casa.

Non c'erano mollette per stendere il bucato (non essendoci state giornate ventose non si è rivelato un grande problema). La cucina è attrezzata con il minimo indispensabile. Potrebbe essere comoda la tendina per la doccia così da non bagnare tutti i sanitari. Visto che il terrazzo della nostra camera si affacciava sulla strada, la notte si sentiva molto forte il rumore di macchine e camion che passavano e dei cani che abbaiavano.

Właściciel obiektu nie potrafi nic wytłumaczyć, bardzo nieuprzejmy pan, nie polecam. Dziwny model pobierania z karty pieniędzy jako zaliczka, zwracania jej w niewiadomym momencie. I wymuszenie zapłaty na miejscu w agresywny sposób. Brak akcesoriów do kuchni np. Zwykła gąbka do naczyń

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Il proprietario ci ha anche consigliato degli ottimi posti in cui pranzare. La struttura era nuova e situata in un posto strategico. Ho soggiornato nel mese di luglio e mi sono trovata benissimo! Ci tornerei senza dubbio!
