The fact we managed to get the room at such short notice after being scammed by our original booking....we were absolutely buzzing....the room was clean, tidy, had very decent facilities, just right for our needs, tv, fridge, shower etc and contact between the owner was first class, they made sure we were in and settled, instructions to access the property were easily understood, so there was no mishaps etc, the price was spot on....and it was also close enough to the stadium that we could walk it for the Coldplay concert. You guys saved our lives, and we can't thank you enough for that....🥰
There was only one mug, so we had to share our cuppas....

Good communication from property manager regarding key pickup and check in/out times Bed was comfortable
