A real gem in the centre of Newquay

I had only stayed here for the first time 8 days earlier, for one night. It was so lovely, and conveniently located, that I had no hesitation in booking another two nights to extend my holiday in Newquay after having to leave my weekly accommodation. Audrey was very helpful and accommodating again, and I would definitely return in the future.

A lovely little gem, located very close to the town centre, and I wished I could have stayed for a whole week.

A very clean, modern and compact studio flat, perfect for a stay in Newquay. The parking was great, and I was welcomed with some fresh milk, biscuits, tea and sugar. I liked that the property has internet, a little air fryer, a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows to choose from, hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom, kitchen roll and lots of little touches in terms of extra kitchen bits, including a tray if you want to eat in bed watching the very large television on the wall. I only stopped for one night but wish I had booked this property for the whole week, as it was great and the host was friendly and helpful. It is a safe location and a bit of a hill to get into the town, but fine for anyone who’s reasonably fit, and it’s a very short walk too - around 10 minutes. The advertised photos are true to my experience.

Very nice stay

The apartment was spotlessly clean, our host was so friendly. The apartment is a short walk from the town, about 7 minutes but is on a hill so watch for that walking to the apartment if you have mobility issues. The bed was so comfortable, lovely quiet area. A great little home base for exploring Cornwall

The apartment is small but cozy and private. Everything was very clean and our host Audrey was accommodating and friendly. Close (10 min walk) to Newquay town, the beach, and amenities, and it was so helpful to have on-site parking.

Fab stay perfect location

A warm welcome from Audrey usually when staying in studios we are just given a code for the keysafe it was lovely actually being greeted by the owner. The studio was clean bright welcoming, a kitchen with a microwave toaster and an air fryer good sized fridge . Bed was so comfortable and a fan on the chest of drawers which was used every day and night Great location took us less than 10 minutes to walk to the centre of town and train station The zoo again only 10 minutes walk to and beautiful gardens, park, lake and fab lakeside cafe 3 minutes down the road Would highly recommend and will definitely be back

Amazing little gem - fab, clean property amazing location

The property has everything we needed. Self contained annexe with little kitchenette. This was packed out with all the essentials - little hob, little cooker, microwave, kettle etc. you could easily stay here for the week as has everything you need. Property was really clean and tidy. Hosts were very welcoming also. Location is fab- 10 min walk into the town centre and had parking to allow you to leave your car there. Would highly recommend and rebook without hesitation

Nicely decorated to a modern standard, spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean throughout. Kettle, & tea, coffee, sugar etc. Toaster, microwave. Iron/ iron board, hairdryer, towels. Big screen television. USB charging sockets next to the comfortable bed. Everything that is needed for a break. Generous off road parking space felt secure. Located about a three minute drive or ten minute walk to the train station/ Wetherspoons/ Burger King/ Aldi/ Asda etc. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful little haven in Newquay! The hosts were so welcoming, helpful and kind. The flat is extremely clean- spotless in fact and it is very pretty. I will always remember Audrey and her husband for making my stay so comfortable.
