Prachtig huis in een rustige buurt dicht bij het Vanderbilt strand. Sleutel afhandeling door een sleutelkluisje. Groot ruim huis werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer uitgebreide keuken. Garage met wasgelegenheid en fietsen. Prachtige tuin met leuke zitjes golf terreintje en heerlijk zwembad met bubbelbad (geen gebruik van gemaakt). BBQ aanwezig en alles heel schoon.
Enige minpunt is dat je door een schuifpui in de slaapkamer moet om in de achtertuin te komen (anders helemaal buiten om lopen via de poort aan de zijkant van het huis). Daardoor komen er omdat er geen hordeur aanwezig is in de slaapkamer muggen naar binnen.
