This is a very special island, living in a delightful and spectacular enclosed garden we loved the freshly squeezed ora

There really should be fresh salad options on the menu. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was annoying. The shower floor is very slick so a shower mat may be needed. I love hair conditioner so that could be added

A gem of a hotel.

A wonderful location and a very good hotel. We all enjoyed crossing to the island by boat which works very smoothly. Staff are great and the Island is fun to explore with delightful gardens. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Marvelous hotel on a little gem of an island.

Extraordinary location , like a hameau, tucked into the midst of a botanical garden. Very comfortable room, excellent restaurant just a few steps out our door, very quiet and after 6 pm the whole island is private for just hotel guests. Superb breakfast buffet , museum entrance and boat voyage included in hotel charge.

Unique experience, to recommend.

Unique location! The gardens are stunning and there is surprisingly a lot to discover on that little island. The site has a fascinating historic value that the little museum pays tribute to. It’s also an sustainable hotel.

There could have been a bit entertainment on site (like sports possibility or swings), including for rainy weather (massage possibility…) and more options on the daily restaurant menu - specific for vegetarians;).

Special atmosphere and a memorable experience. Great staff.

A special, small island that you reach by a fun amphibious boat (price included in hotel). The island has a beautiful walled garden and restaurant serving delicious seafood and beef. The rooms are light and airy with simple pleasant decor. The staff are lovely.

There were some small patches of mould on the corridor walls. The seagulls are up at dawn and let you know it!

poor information about where to park car in harbour and exactly where to embark amphibious car. Saw some people miss their departure. Also, boat crew very casual and left island 30 minutes after announced time.

Une parenthèse enchantée

Cet hôtel nous a offert une parenthèse enchantée. Le lieu est magnifique, dès le départ du bateau nous sommes envahis par une quiétude et une déconnexion totale. La chambre est confortable et authentique. Le jardin est une oasis. Le restaurant une très belle expérience. Le serveur est très bienveillant et authentique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

emplacement exceptionne, magnifique, personnel au top

le wifi marche très mal, il s'arrêtait de fonctionner plusieurs heures parfois cela mériterait plus d'équipements (une piscine / salle de sport) pour ce prix la déco pourrait avoir plus de charme (le canapé en skai par exemple... bof) par ailleurs, il faut ventiler les placards si vous mettez un frigo dedans sinon il ne peut pas se refroidir

Expérience exceptionnelle L’hôtel gère les réservations bateaux et vous fourni toutes informations utiles. Nous recommandons le restaurant, le seul sur l’île qui est vraiment très bien, produits frais, bien cuisinés et prix corrects malgré le « monopole@.

La propreté de notre petite chambre. La décoration simple, épurée mais offrant une atmosphère agréable. Le dépaysement du lieu. Les promenades et les ambiances différentes suivant les marées.

L'unique offre de restauration. Un burger quelconque à 19 euros! Une carte pas à la hauteur. La déception du séjour. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Super séjour aux Maisons de Tatihou .

Le fait qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul hôtel sur l’île , nous avions l’impression d’être seuls au monde le soir après le départ du dernier bateau . La chambre était tres agréable, avec une très belle salle de bains. Le personnel est très sympa. Le restaurant de l’hôtel propose des produits frais et locaux et nous avons très bien mangé . Nous avons adoré notre séjour sur l’île .

Les maisons de Tatihou sont des demeures d'exceptions dans un cadre magnifique. Il est difficile d'y être plus au calme sur ce petit bout de presqu''île lorsque la mer est haute. Les traversées à marées basses

la réservation s'est faite dans la semaine du festival ce qui n'a pas été facile de jongler avec les animations sur le port de Saint-Vaast et celle située sur Tatihou.

La tranquillité du lieu une fois les touristes journaliers partis. Le personnel au petit soin. Des petits déjeunés copieux. Une faune et une flore extraordinaire !

Super verblijf!

Wat een schitterende locatie! Wij waren echt overdonderd door de pracht van dit eiland. Ook 'les maisons' waren heel mooi en praktisch ingericht. Het ontbijt was echt subliem. We vonden het een heel leuk gevoel dat wij op het eiland konden blijven, terwijl de dagjestoeristen terug naar het vasteland gingen. Op het eiland is ook veel te verkennen: de natuur, de stranden, het Vauban-fort, het museum, de mooie ommuurde tuin enz. Het verschil tussen eb en vloed is echt interessant en fascinerend om te zien. 's Avonds hebben we zeer lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Zeker een aanrader!

Séjour paradisiaque avec service excellent ( hôtes Je félicite particulièrement les 3 paysagistes du lieu pour l’environnement bucolique travaillé et sauvage. C’est inspirant , merci !

Il est juste regrettable au vue du prix des chambres et de la réservation faite par l’hôtel que le prix de la traversée soit en surplus en plus( 62€ pour notre part) et non précisé . Cela manque de classe pour un 3 étoiles. Cette remarque a été partagé par plusieurs voyageurs.

Week-end dépaysant et reposant

Déconnexion totale, calme, juste le chant des nombreux oiseaux. Literie parfaite. Petit déjeuner bien garni, très bons produits.Le sentiment d’être ailleurs, on a adoré.

Dommage que pour nos deux dîners une grosse partie des plats proposés au restaurant étaient remplacés par d’autres et plats du jour identiques. Tout était très bon cependant.
