Gyönyörű a lakás, minden új és nagyon tiszta. Rendkívül jól felszerelt, ha az egész lakást egyben nézzük. A földszinten van a szauna, az első emeleten egy kétszobás, két fürdőszobás apartman egy mini és kevésbé felszerelt konyhával. A második emeleten pedig egy kétszobás, nappalis, egy fürdőszobás apartman nagy és jól felszerelt konyhával. Több terasz is tartozik hozzájuk. Az udvar elég keskeny, de elfér benne a jacuzzi, grillsütő, gyerekeknek mászóvár és trambulin is. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész, bármikor elérhető telefonon.
Az épület az út mellett van, a forgalom miatt kicsit zajos, de az ablakok egyébként hangszigeteltek. A házat emeletes épületek veszik körül. Az udvarban az autó kicsit szűkösen fér el.
