El apartamento está reformado y muy completo, no le falta detalle. Está cerca del centro de Conil y en una calle muy tranquila.
No es culpa del propietario, pero los vecinos, sus perros y otros visitantes ajenos, fueron bastante molestos en cuanto a ruidos. La situación del apartamento en la planta baja no ayudó, ya que todos pasaban por la puerta y se escuchaba como si estuvieran dentro. Otro tema a mejorar es la comunicación con el propietario, hay demasiados intermediarios y eso puede generar malentendidos y cierta desconfianza.
