 Second Bedroom:One Queen bed (upgraded hybrid memory foam and cooling gel mattress, purchased new in January 2023) with small sitting area/bench. Stay comfortable with the speed-adjustable ceiling fan and triple-layer blackout curtains. Full-length mirror.

 Third Bedroom: One bunk bed with two upgraded hybrid spring/memory foam twin-sized mattresses. Has a speed-adjustable ceiling fan, blackout curtains and genuine leather lounge chair.

Security

Safety cameras at front and back doors. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.

Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off. The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.
