The Space:
Spacious, bright and airy, this lakefront custom-built home with high ceilings and sweeping lake views, offers a spectacular vacation experience. The 5 bedrooms and 5 baths provide your family with plenty of room to relax at this quiet waterfront property. With 1 king bed, 6 queen beds, a daybed and a comfortable futon, everyone can have their own resting spot to enjoy!
The top floor features three queen beds, a daybed, a futon and entertainment space. The second floor boasts the largest king master suite on Lake Wylie, complete with sitting area and lake balcony access. Two more queen bedrooms are on the second floor, which also features a workstation and reading area. The main floor has everything at your fingertips with a queen bedroom, ample seating, dining room, and a cook's dream kitchen. If that isn't enough, you can entertain on the balcony or in the three seasons room that is larger than most apartments. The basement level has a ping pong table, foosball, and other family games, or take a scenic kayak ride and explore beautiful Lake Wylie! Gather with family in the outdoor lounge with fireplace and enjoy al fresco dining under the pergola!

The property was great. Very Clean and comfortable. The only know was the landscaping. Lots of weeds and the grass had not been cut in a while.

We booked this beautiful home as we had family coming from Chapel Hill, NC, Pickens, SC and Belmont, NC.
Our plans altered some as half of tge Chapel Hill family stayed home due to illness. Then some of the Belmont family got sick.
The house was beautifully furnished and well equipped. My 6 year old granddaughter was sure it was a TV house. She was constantly exploring, counting beds, sofas and TVS.
The decks and porches were comfortly furnished.
Family wants to come back and visit in summer without winter colds and viruses.
Manager was quick to respond to any questions.
The only negative and NOT for this property in particular, but VRBO'S fee schedule. Approximately $350 per day in fees...YIKES

Room for all to spread out. Plastic covered furnishings seemed a bit excessive but it didn’t stop us having fun. Best sound system ever! It was quirky in a way but we loved our time. The lake was really beautiful.
