About this villa rental
Tradewinds Villa is a tranquil 3-bedroom 3-bathroom, pod styled villa. Newly built and designed in 2018, this villa seamlessly blends indoor/outdoor living with privacy and comfort. Located in Turtle Cove, this villa is just steps from Grace Bay beach and the spectacular snorkeling spot known as Smith's Reef. Smith's Reef is widely known as the best "off-beach" snorkeling in Providenciales with endless tropical fish and lazy sea turtles.
In less than 5 minutes walking you can be dining at any one of the 6 restaurants and café's located in Turtle Cove. The islands largest supermarket, the Graceway IGA, is located less than 5 minutes from the villa by car. Guests can also walk the beach to the islands world famous Fish Fry, where local restaurants, craft shops, and musicians gather every Thursday at 5pm to offer their best food, music and culture.
Guests at Tradewinds Villa enter through private louvered doors to a courtyard with ample seating, an out-door dining area and private swimming pool. Immediately on your right is the self-contained master bedroom with queen bed, on suite bathroom and walk in closet. It features its own private ensuite bathroom, making it a comfortable and fully self-contained retreat just steps away from the main home.
To the left as you enter, you will find the main pod. Here you will find:
- A second master suite with on suite bathroom
- A large living room
- Fully equipped kitchen with island
- A washer & drier
- The 3rd or guest bedroom with bathroom (not en-suite)
Although, connected each bedroom in this pod has its own private entrance direct from the bedroom to the pool deck and gardens.

I cannot say enough great things about this house and our experience with George (the villa’s Guest Service associate). From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, easy, and genuinely welcoming.The house truly has everything you could need. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the pool was perfect, and the outdoor space was exactly what we hoped for and more. One of our favorite details was how close the beach is, it is a very short walk from the backyard, which made it effortless to move between the house, the pool, and the water throughout the day.We also felt very secure in the home, which made it even easier to relax and enjoy our time. George was outstanding and made a great stay even better. His recommendations were consistently excellent, from food delivery, to a private boat tour, to sharing a reliable taxi contact (Daniel, whose number is listed on the house info sheet). Daniel was friendly, on time, and exceptionally trustworthy. We used him whenever we could because we always felt safe and fairly priced with him. In contrast, we often felt overpriced with other taxi drivers, so having someone reliable and transparent made a huge difference and removed a lot of unnecessary stress.The only suggestion for future visitors is to bring plenty of bug spray and, if it suits your interests, a few pool floaties. Otherwise, this place was an absolute dream, and we would happily stay here again!

Host and all of the staff we had the pleasure of meeting were so gracious and hospitable! The house was beautifully finished and very comfortable. Close to everything but honestly hard to leave because it was so well equipped and fun! Loved our stay here!!!
