**There are 2 parked vehicles at the entrance of the property, the parking spaces are rented to the neighbors. **
**Pool guy will be coming daylight hours Mondays and Fridays without notice. However, they will knock the door to let guests know. This is made each week.**


Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.
Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
No parties of any kind are permitted and will result in cancellation without refund.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.

Access to the Home
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
There are surveillance cameras at each entry point. Any disturbance of these cameras will result in an immediate fine of $250.

Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.

Pets
Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300. Also “No Animals of any kind in the Pool”.
Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.

Parking
All parking must be inside the gated fences. No outside gate parking is allowed!
Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.
The owners use the outside space for shared parking and storage of cars, RV's and trailers.

Smoking
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.
No Glass, Food, glitter, confetti, glow sticks, colored chemicals, or smoking in the Pool or Hot Tub. No crypto miners are allowed at the property.
If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
If any items are left behind, guest must pay a $50 fee + shipping cost to have the item shipped back through a carrier.

Internet Usage
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.
