About this house rental

Summary:
This house does not allow any gatherings, parties, kickbacks or girls/boys nights, and has a strict guest limit. Welcome to our 2 BD, 1 BA Arts and Crafts style double in a perfect and safe Mid-City location. Just steps away from the street car (20 min ride to the French Quarter), City Park, The Fairgrounds, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and nightlife! This 110 year old home has been recently renovated with luxurious details while maintaining its historic charm. Come enjoy!

The Space:
A freshly renovated New Orleans historic beauty. It has all the modern amenities one could ask for while maintaining its historic charm. The home features: 12 foot ceilings, original stained glass, hardwood floors throughout, central heat and air.

Two bedrooms that are shotgun style with spa quality sheets. One of the bedrooms contains a loft style bed (please see picture) while the other contains a king bed. Large Open dining room and living room, fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, 1 fully renovated bathroom, washer/dryer, and plenty of free street parking.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Mid-City is truly in the middle of New Orleans and very central to all you could want to do. It is convenient, safe, and easy to get around. This home is also on the Mardi Gras Saturday parade route for Endymion Parade.

Getting Around:
Half a block from the street car (20 min ride to the French Quarter), walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, nightlife, two blocks to City Park, 15 min walk to The Fairgrounds.

Other Things to Note:
Per New Orleans City requirements, this contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

We love living here! This historic and spacious 110 year old home is full of old world charm, but updated with modern conveniences.

Wonderful home in Mid City. Great location to City Park, Carrollton (street car), coffee shop and groceries. All within easy walking distance. The house was clean, quiet and has a great kitchen for cooking! It was a delight to meet the sweet owners. Will return!

This was one of the nicest stays we have had in New Orleans. The pictures are accurate and the host communicated well. It is quiet, and the AC works well. The location is good although it is not a tourist area. We would stay there again.
