Deluxe Presidential suite

I like the stuff, cleanest of the apartment, the location was perfect, secure 24/7 power gate, security at night, overall I can say 10 straight across the board

The things I don't like is beyond property Management control it is because of the drought the water issue

Location very good. Host very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Ample space. Functional AC in bedrooms.

minor inconveniences with Tv remotes not working/ batteries need to be changed, bulb blown, washer and dryer not working so unable to do laundry. No AC in living room Evidence of incomplete cleaning [debris behind bedside tables]

All was great. Host was amazing!

Good space and clean

The fact that I chose it because it had a pool and my family and I was looking forward to relaxing in the pool. When I got there the pool water was green and the pool walls looked like it haven’t been use is a long time. Very disappointed. The host told me it stopped working 2 days ago like I’m stupid. If I knew the pool wasn’t working i would have canceled and chose somewhere else. We were offered access to another pool but wasn’t the best option for us as we had to drive there etc. I asked for a discount and was told if I wasn’t happy I could get a refund and look for somewhere else! Like seriously, at that time of night with young children, my mother inlaw and husband we were expected to get an air bnb. I won’t be staying here again!
