Place was easy to find - really close to the train station - really easy to access the room - with clear instructions. The room was spotless - really clean with a nice en-suite and a kitchen area - loved having a fridge. They had also left out a fan - because if the heat.
It was ok in the morning - but got hot during the day and was still very hot at night. I didn’t open windows .. but if a small air con unit was available- that would have been great. The room was ok until after I showered - then it just seemed to get hotter and hotter - probably humid - so even a better extractor fan in the bathroom or a dehumidifier might help. It was exceptionally hot everywhere - heatwave .. so I understand - not really fair to be hard on the property .. but it was vey hot at night

Fabulous find. Good value for money. Near to station for a lovely trip to Saint Leonard de Noblat and onwards journey to Argenton-sur-cruese. Clean and good facilities for a short stay. We stayed 3 nights in a heatwave. Fortunately, the owners gave us a fan which was a godsend in the circumstances.

The proximity to the train station and access to everything was easy. The room had everything you needed for a perfect stay! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return!
Very clean and equipped for a very comfortable stay! Facilities to eat and drink there if needed, lovely bathroom and shower! Beds were comfy! Aircon worked well, it was a hot weekend and the room was still comfortable!
