Wohnung sehr sauber, netter Gastgeber. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit moderner Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel und Trockner. Alle wichtigen Utensilien für die Küche und Spülmaschine. Die Treppe führt zu einem weiteren Schlafzimmer. Parkplätze findet man einfach nah an der Unterkunft, manchmal auch direkt vor der Tür. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Perfekt um Loreto oder Sirolo zu erkunden. Ohne Auto kann wird der Anstieg zur Unterkunft schwierig.
