Die Lage war zentral, aber der Ausblick auf die Zittauer Berge war nur ein kleiner Bereich in der Ferne. Ansonsten Blick auf ein altes Postgebäude.
Es war kein Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr eng und nur auf einem Podest zu erreichen. Der Tisch und die Stühle waren sehr abgenutzt. Die Aussicht war kein Erlebnis.
