Daniels 1BR at Creek Horizon with Park View

Brand new apartment overlooking the Central Park in the heart of Creek Harbour, across the road from Vida Hotel and the stairs down to the creek itself; it’s fully stocked (plates, pans, cutlery, etc.), the furniture is clean (and not cheap - which is relatively rare). Creek Horizon (the building) is also new (opened around a year ago), has a decent pool with a view on the creek and Downtown (including Burj Khalifa), nice gym. Parking is easily accessible and taxis don’t tend to get lost in the area (which is not always the case with other buildings in the district). Two mini-markets are within 3-minute walking distance (and you can order to your doorstep if you don’t feel like walking), two drugstores within the same distance; a good barbershop and lady’s salon across the road. A couple of good-to-great restaurants in and around Vida hotel, Courtyard in Vida has great shisha. Boats to festival city mall are traveling right from the Harbour every half-hour or so. Getting to Downtown (and La Mer beach, if you feel like swimming) taxes 20 minutes in normal traffic, same to the airport. Taxi to festival city mall - around 10 minutes.

Could have been a bit cheaper, but overall the price is in line with other offers in the area.
