Ubicación excelente
Es una sexta planta y no funciona el ascensor, es un edificio muy viejo y en malas condiciones, aunque el el estudio estaba bien

Квартира чистая, с изюминкой в виде кухни на балконе). Кондиционер большой плюс, так как очень жарко было. Думаю если вы едите погулять, то эта квартира для вас! Место в центре старого города, вся тусовка прям возле дома! И цена для этого района очень хорошая!
Не работает лифт, 6 этаж дом старый, высотный. Мы приехали по делам и я ходила пешком довольно много. Это был единственный но огромный минус.
