You won't find a better location to stay in that area.There are few places where you can walk directly into the park without having to worry about gate 1 or 2.There is a third auxiliary gate that you can walk in freely.As long as you already have paid for your pass. The stay was excellent and the breakfast was very good.There were several restaurants nearby that within walking distance in a very nice secluded area. You can actually walk a short distance and see some of the waterfalls even when the park is not open

Location was excellent, hosts Brian and Camilla are exceptional. Very attentive, responsive and just generally lovely people. Rooms are amazingly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Facilities has everything you wish for. Sauna experience was very nice. We are considering to return snd experience this place in a winter time. Highly recommend to stay at this amazing place.
There is nothing we could advise to improve - it’s was perfect as it is.

The staff (Brian and his wife - whose name I can't remember) were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciate Brian's help with jump starting our car after our battery went dead. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very nice.
The only negative is that we didn't realize that drive to Plitvica Selo from the Plitvice Lakes National Park was so far and that there wasn't much there. However, the location was very pretty and we had a great dinner at the Ethno Houses just across the street.

Location was great, being inside Plitvice Lakes NP.
I reserved a room for 3 adults. The double bed was fine but the 3rd bed was too small for an adult person.
