About this house rental
Summary:
Stay in the Historic Heart of Fargo. This is the perfect home base for all of your Fargo adventures.
The Space:
When you enter the front door there is a closet to your right, bedroom 1 directly in front of you, and the living room on your left. The living room has a smart TV, plenty of seating, and a desk and chair for work. Off of the living room there is bedroom 2 with another queen bed, smart TV, and walk in closet. The kitchen and full bathroom complete the main floor. Heading upstairs from the living room you'll find a landing with seating and a table. Past that is the final bedroom with two queen beds. In total, there are four queen beds in 3 bedrooms and one full bath with shower/tub combo and a large vanity for getting ready.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house for the duration of their stay. The basement is not to be used for anything other than laundry. It's an unfinished basement, but that is where the washer and dryer are located.
The Neighborhood:
The Hawthorne neighborhood is one of the oldest and safest neighborhoods in Fargo. This Airbnb is located just blocks away from Island Park and a short walk (10-15 minutes) from Downtown Fargo. Just 7 blocks away is Nichole's Fine Pastries, the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, coffee, and dessert.
Getting Around:
There is parking for one car next to the house on a gravel pad. Do not block the alley way as you will be towed. There is also free street parking on the streets and avenues around the house. Please adhere to the signs as there are different restrictions for different seasons.

Great location! Clean and homey place! This would work great for a large group—we just had 2 adults, and it was a great home Base for the week +! Noah was highly communicative and responsive—very appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

The location is fantastic. It’s a super cute neighborhood, close to the river for a good run and definitely a safe location. Had everything we needed and was cute and comfortable. Definitely would stay again!
