The Pink Pearl SPB is a newly renovated tropical hideaway with private saltwater pool. Perfect for 30+ day stays, our home is your home! Features 3 bedrooms in the main house PLUS a flex 4th bedroom suite in the private casita. Tucked in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, you’ll feel like a true local yet you’re minutes from the bustling beach scenes of both St. Pete Beach & Treasure Island. Enjoy bikeable streets, local restaurants and shops, & world-famous Gulf sunsets from your saltwater escape!
The space
The Pink Pearl is a newly renovated, fully furnished 3-bedroom home with a standalone "casita" (flex 4th bedroom). Designed for extended stays, seasonal trips, or remote work, the home provides everything you need for a comfortable, hassle-free monthly stay in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.
You get the privacy of a welcoming residential street while staying just minutes from the beaches, dining, and shops of St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island.
INSIDE THE MAIN HOUSE
- Kitchen: Open-concept layout featuring quartz countertops, brand-new stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked set of cookware, dishes, and daily essentials.
- Dining: Counter bar seating for 2 is available in the kitchen. The adjacent dining area seats 6. Additional seating on the screened front porch is available for morning coffees or evening happy hour.
- Living: A comfortable living room with a large couch and Smart TV that opens directly into the kitchen.
- Laundry: In-home washer and dryer.
- Work, Connectivity & Comfort: High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire property (main house, casita, and patio). Central A/C with smart thermostat controls.

Flex Fourth Bedroom & Third Full Bathroom: A private, standalone guest suite with its own entrance and wet bar. Features a daybed that converts into a King bed and its own full shower ensuite. Built in wall oversized AC unit. It works well as a private bedroom for visiting guests, extended family steps away from the main house.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Step into your secluded tropical oasis backyard built to help you make the most of the St. Pete Beach sunshine. The Pink Pearl features saltwater pool surrounded by privacy fencing with lush greenery, giving you a quiet spot to swim or relax away from the crowds. Spend your days lounging on the patio, rinse off in the warm outdoor shower, and gather around the eight-person dining table for easy outdoor meals off the gas grill. With ample outdoor seating and plenty of shade when you need a break from the heat, it’s a peaceful, low-maintenance setup you’ll want to use every single day of your stay.

Parking: Covered carport and driveway parking available with ample street parking.
Beaches & Water: The Intracoastal park is just 200 feet down the road. A 2-minute drive, 5-minute bike ride, or 15–20 minute walk to Upham Beach or Treasure Island.
Local Conveniences: St Pete Beach community & aquatic center is five blocks away. A short walk to Corey Avenue for local dining, shops, and the Sunday farmers market.
Getting Around: Bike friendly. St. Pete Beach is street legal golf-cart friendly (rentals available locally). Easy access to public transportation including the beach trolley, and the 24/7 SunRunner bus to Downtown St. Pete.
Airports: Tampa International Airport (TPA, ~40 mins), and St. Pete-Clearwater Airport (PIE, ~30 mins).

Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee & additional cleaning fee. To ensure a pristine environment for all guests, unapproved pets and cats are strictly prohibited and additional fees will be applied for stays with unapproved pets identified.

The house was super comfortable and in a fantastic location. Close to restaurants, beach and shopping. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need which made eating in super nice. The screened in front porch was awesome for morning coffee and afternoon reading. The solar blanket helped keep the pool a nice temperature. The only thing missing was more poolside shade. We enjoyed or stay immensely! The neighborhood is super quiet and clean.

This home was perfect! It has everything you could possibly need and being able to have a washer and dryer was great! It was chilly while we were visiting so we didn’t use the pool. The location is great as well. It is so close to restaurants and the beach!

We came for just under a week and the house was adorable, clean, and great amenities. When we had questions, the owner was very responsive. We love the neighborhood too. A short walk to Italian restaurants, a Thai restaurant, a brewery and a new Cuban place. At the end of the street is a bench overlooking the canal. We loved it and hope to stay there again when we return!
