This is the perfect cottage to choose for your home base while you explore the Blue Ridge Mountains. So many activities are at your fingertips, whether you want to take a drive on the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, go for a waterfall hike, rafting or zip lining. And, you're conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Asheville with shopping, dining, music and more!
The open floor plan welcomes everyone that walks through its doors. The peacefulness will wash over you along with the abundance of natural light, you will immediately feel right at home. The great room provides comfortable seating and a gas fireplace to cozy up in front of while you're watching a movie or just spending time with your group. Bring your dog along, they are welcome! The fully equipped kitchen will have the chef of the group happy. Take a step out onto the large deck to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
Comfortable guests rooms for individual privacy are sure to provide a good nights rest. Crooked Maple Cottage is also equipped with all of the modern amenities you're used to having and so much more! Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
