About this apartment rental
This vacation rental can accommodate up to 3 people in a 36 m² space. Natural light floods into the apartment from two sides.
The large balcony offers the opportunity to enjoy the nice weather throughout the day.
The beach and the promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The “Auszeit” house is located in beautiful Kellenhusen on the Baltic Sea. The property was renovated in the fall of 2016 with new dormers, windows, and doors. The house is about a 450-meter walk from the Baltic Sea beach, and the bakery, supermarket, and Stolz department store are all within easy walking distance.
The “Ferienwohnung meine mittlere Auszeit” vacation rental is located on the upper floor on the right-hand side. The entryway features a shoe rack and opens directly onto the open-concept kitchen, which was newly installed for the 2017 season. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a fully automatic coffee maker. There is also a dining area for two people in the kitchen.
The spacious living room/bedroom features a double bed with two nightstands and dimmable bedside lamps, as well as a wardrobe.
If you are traveling with a toddler, a travel crib and a high chair are available in the house (if you need these for your stay, please specify when booking).
The living area consists of a couch with a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area is the rooftop terrace (approx. 20 square meters) with new patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue area—the perfect spot to relax.
The bathroom has an exterior window for ventilation, was newly renovated in 2017, and features a shower and toilet.
Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the house for the duration of your stay.
The large garden is perfect for relaxing.
In the adjoining room next to the house, garden loungers are available for guests. Guests can also use a washing machine here for a small fee and hang their laundry on the garden clothesline.
