About this house rental
Our modern and lovingly furnished vacation home offers 65 m² of space across two floors and can accommodate 4 people, possibly plus a toddler.

Our modern and lovingly furnished vacation home offers 65 m² of space across two floors and can accommodate 4 people, plus a toddler if needed.
The house was completely renovated in early 2022. The bathroom was completely redone, and the floors and stairs were replaced. In addition, the vacation home features a new kitchen complete with new appliances and new furniture.
The vacation home is divided into a spacious living-dining area, a bathroom, and a storage room on the first floor, as well as two bedrooms on the upper floor. The house features a south-facing terrace adjacent to the living room, which is a wonderful place to relax. Here you’ll find a table, garden chairs, and a grill with various accessories.
The living room is furnished with a couch and two comfortable armchairs, providing ample space for up to 4 people to enjoy exciting TV nights on the large flat-screen TV. The living room also offers the perfect setting for cozy game nights. Various games (a game collection, Uno, etc.) are available.
Of course, the house has Wi-Fi, so nothing stands in the way of streaming your favorite series or connecting gaming consoles. The cozy dining area connects the living room and kitchen, inviting you to enjoy breakfast or a delicious dinner together. It comfortably seats 4 people with ease.
As a special feature, a washing machine is available in a separate small storage room, along with, of course, a clothes rack for drying laundry on the terrace in the fresh North Sea air.
The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you’ll find a refrigerator, an oven, a stove with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There’s also a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
The modern, newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower with an elegant glass shower enclosure, a toilet, a vanity with a large mirror cabinet and various storage options, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
The two bedrooms, which have been newly fitted with laminate flooring, are located on the upper floor. The slightly larger bedroom features a double bed (180x200), a large storage unit, a sleeper chair (possibly for children who don’t want to sleep alone in the next room), and a TV. If needed, this room offers enough space to add a travel crib (travel cribs, including mattresses, are available in the house).
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. This room also has a spacious dresser for storage.
Next to the entrance is a bike rack where bicycles can be parked and locked. On the property, there is a hard-surface court available for sports activities such as soccer, handball, basketball, or similar games. There are also many different playgrounds on the grounds that will satisfy every child’s wishes. Ample parking is available directly in front of the house.
Friesenstrand, with its large playground, sandy beach, and supervised swimming area in the summer, is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away. The green dyke is perfect for long walks, and along the dyke, you can enjoy long bike rides—no hills in sight!
There are plenty of dining options in town and on Nordseeallee (the road leading to the beach): Greek, Italian, Asian, or German cuisine are all available here.
