Are you ready to relax? In our 62-square-meter “Luft” apartment in Koserow, you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The “Fünf Elemente” house was completely renovated and modernized in 2022. The fully equipped apartment sleeps four people in a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a sleeper chair (90x200), as well as a living/bedroom with an electric pull-out sofa bed (110x200), with access to the terrace on our spacious property. How about a hot cup of coffee outdoors to kick off a wonderful day on vacation? In just 10 minutes, you’ll be at the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Put your feet up on the wide Baltic Sea beach and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of the small town of Koserow. During the off-season, you can still have the place all to yourself. In addition to a few good restaurants, you’ll also find Karl’s Erdbeerhof, which offers fun and relaxation for people of all ages. With the most hours of sunshine in Germany, there’s a good chance you’ll be able to wind down the evening by the fire pit with something delicious from the grill. We’ve got everything you could want. Are you coming by car, or perhaps the sporty way—by bike? Of course, we have space on the property for both. But that’s not all. We offer free Wi-Fi, a bio-fireplace, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, hair dryer, crib, high chair, and much more.

Koserow is one of the Baltic Sea’s hidden gems, boasting a fantastic location and superb water quality. The beach offers a wide variety of water sports. The Bernsteintherme in Zinnowitz invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9-hole golf course and several tennis facilities are available for active recreation. Well-developed bike paths allow vacationers to explore the full beauty of this island. A sightseeing flight offers a completely different perspective.
There’s something for every cultural taste. Highlights include the spa concerts on the “Promenade Klassik am Meer” at the Feldsteinkirche and the Otto Niemeyer-Holstein Studio.
The boutiques and shops, all within walking distance, invite you to enjoy a leisurely shopping experience. Cafes and restaurants in beautiful locations offer a wide variety of options to suit every palate.
