This bungalow offers a simple standard of living along with breathtaking views of the Alterbucht and the Saale River. The property is just under 500 square meters and features several idyllic spots—both sunny and shady. Surrounded by tall fir trees, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Saale River and its wooded banks. The perfect place to unwind. A covered terrace provides shade and shelter from the rain. The bungalow features one bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m wide). The bedroom is small, and the bed can only be accessed from one side. A double kitchenette is equipped with a sink and stove and includes the necessary appliances: electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, and ceramic cooktop. No dishwasher. The living room is spacious and bright. It features a dining table for up to 4 people, a corner sofa, as well as a TV and radio.
Sun loungers, garden furniture, and a swing are available. A parking space in front of the house is also available.
