Kitchen offers electric oven and hob, microwave and under counter-fridge with freezer compartment, along with four person dining table and breakfast bar. Separate lounge area with sofas and Flatscreen TV. Utility area to rear with washer/dryer. Undercover verandah with outdoor furniture with views to the lake. Larger groups of up to ten people can be accommodated via interconnecting door between Mallard Lodge and Drake Lodge (Drake Lodge must be booked separately for the same dates).. + Please be advised that Bosworth Lakeside Lodges is currently undergoing development works to transform the site into a luxury lodge destination. As such there may be some constructions works during your stay at the entrance to the site and along the main drive. No works are taking place beyond the secondary barrier meaning the enjoyment of the Drake and Mallard Lodges are unaffected.



Please note pets are welcome in Mallard lodge however the park do not accept banned breeds under any circumstances. Pet owners are requested to provide their own bedding, bowls etc. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms. Pets are not allowed on soft furnishings. If possible, please crate pet when left alone. Noise, any persistent barking resulting in complaints from neighbouring lodges will result in the pet having to leave. Mess, there are dog walking areas on site, please ensure all mess is cleared up and put in any waste bin.

Please note the park require a security deposit of £150 on arrival, this is taken via a card pre-authorisation and will be returnedwithin 3 days of departure. Deductions may be made for any excessive cleaning and non-accidental breakages.
