A szállásadóval való kommunikáció nagyon jó volt, gyorsan válaszolt, gördülékeny volt az ügyintézés. A kulcsszéf nagyon megkönnyítette az apartmanba való bejutást. A parkolóban mindig volt szabad hely. Nagyméretű volt a lakás, így a család tagjai megtalálták a helyüket benne. Mindig volt melegvíz a zuhanyzóban. Félidőben ágynemű- és törölközőcsere volt.
Az ágyak nekünk nagyon puhák voltak. Kevés volt a konyhában a konyhai felszerelés a főzéshez. Kicsi volt a fürdőszoba, így a mosdó és a wc között kevés hely volt.
