Świetna lokalizacja, czystość, przestronne i dobrze wyposażone apartamenty.
Konieczność każdorazowego zamykania drzwi wejściowych do budynku, co przy jednym komplecie kluczy jest trochę uciążliwe. Rozwiązaniem byłaby instalacja klucza elektronicznego. Przydałaby się łyżka do butów na korytarzu, gdzie zostawia się buty.
