L'apartament és molt bonic i complert. Hi ha de tot: cafè, oli, sal, sabó per la rentadora i el rentaplats, planxa i fusta de planxar. Molt còmode. La terrassa molt agradable.
L'aire d'una de les habitacions no refredava gaire. Els veïns de la terrassa del costat van tenir música fins passada la 1 de la matinada i se sentia bastant des de l'habitació de dalt.
