Ausgesprochen nette und proaktive Vermieterin. Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung. Bett bequem. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

El apartamento es perfecto, muy cuidado, y limpio, con el menaje completo y que necesitas durante tu estancia, a eso hay que sumarle todo lo que la anfitriona deja en la casa como aceite, café... Una maravilla de apartamento

Un 10 en todo. Ubicación tranquilísima y a un paso de todo. Propietaria atenta en todo momento a cualquier necesidad (aunque no hace falta porque hay de todo). El apartamento completísimo: Smart tv tanto en el salón como en la habitación, suelo radiante, cocina completa abierta al salón, baño completo y plaza de garaje (aunque si no lo quieres guardar, suele haber sitio delante del portal). Si volvemos a Posada de Llanes repetiríamos sin ninguna duda. Gracias por todo María 😉

La casa tenia de todo y con muchos detalles tanto en la cocina, en el baño como en la habitación. Cuando la palabra excelente cobra sentido! Además, María ha sido muy muy atenta con nosotros y ha estado pendiente en todo momento. Hemos estado súper bien. Apetece volver a Asturias solo para quedarse en el apartamento.
