Obiekt znajduje się na terenie wsi, w której nie ma gospodarstw a tylko są domy i dacze miastowych. Przestronne pomieszczenie (pół oddzielnie wybudowanego nowego domu dla wynajmu) w cichej lokalizacji. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Duża łazienka nowocześnie wykończona. Garaż na rowery. Sympatyczny i życzliwy gospodarz.
Dostęp do Internetu na granicy zasięgu często rozłączał się.

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung. Bad und Schlafzimmer sehr schön, die Wohnküche ist recht klein, für zwei Personen aber durchaus komfortabel. Alles vorhanden das man braucht. Sehr anhenehme ruhige Lage am Dorfende. Schöne Terrasse, kleiner hübscher Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter.
Die österreichische Grenze ist ganz nah, aber nur über weite Wege zu erreichen, denn es gibt keine direkte Straße. Keine deutschsprachigen Fernsehprogramme. Sehr instabiles W-Lan.

Nový domček s dvomi apartmánmi, vidiecky a zároveň moderný štýl, všetko potrebné vybavenie, veľmi príjemná a ústretová majiteľka k dispozícii na mieste. V rozsahu pár kilometrov mesto Znojmo, Rakúsko, Národný park Podyjí.
