Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were kind and helpful, and we felt really welcome. Quiet location with parking, just a few minutes from the center. Great value for money – highly recommend!

Our stay at Amazing Familiar Apartments was excellent! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal – away from the city noise but still close to the beaches, with convenient parking. The hosts were kind, always helpful, and made us feel at home. We truly recommend it and would definitely come back again!

Lori, the owners’ daughter, is such a warm, cheerful, and genuinely kind person. She welcomed us with great hospitality and even offered us a homemade cake she had baked herself – such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully organized, creating the perfect environment for a relaxing stay. Every detail was carefully considered to make our experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We would definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for warm hospitality and top-notch comfort.

Our stay at Amazing Familiar Apartments was simply amazing. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed during our holiday – from a fully equipped kitchen to a lovely balcony where we enjoyed peaceful evenings. Every detail was well thought out and made us feel at home. The location is perfect: in a quiet and safe area, just a few minutes by car from the center of Saranda and the most beautiful beaches. The private parking was a huge advantage and gave us maximum comfort. What made the experience truly special was the hospitality of the hosts – always available, very kind, and welcoming, treating us like part of their family. This made our stay even more memorable. Comfortable and pleasant stay

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxing, even though it’s not too close to the center or the beach. The hosts were very kind and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it.

The place is really clean and has everything you can need. The staff don’t speak much English but it was no problem at all. We really liked our stay.

Wonderful

Highly recommended. Clean and tidy rooms. Nice, tidy yard. Several restaurants, gas stations and shopping centers are nearby. The hosts are very nice. The kitchen is equipped (hob, oven, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.). Closed parking in the yard. Due to the good orientation of the house, the rooms stay cool enough even in the heat, and we only had to use the air conditioner on rare occasions. The sun only shines on the terrace in the morning, but it is protected from the strong sun by shades, so it is not disturbing either.

Everything was 10/10. The location is perfect away from the crowded streets of Saranda. Apartment complete with everything you need. Comfortable and stylish and young. The hosts are one of the main positive points of the accommodation, they will make your trip easier. Highly recommended, you probably won't find anything like it in Saranda.

Parking . Full facilities including refrigerator and iron . Clean modern

WiFi didn’t work well so I had to use my data. No sign outside. No bell so only way to make contact was by phone . If you gave no phone credit then this will be a problem. I was not really explained everything very well like how to open that gate at night. This was a worry. It’s far out of town in an ugly area. There used to be a three kilometre trip to Sarande beach on an ugly road. I had a bike so it was ok. With a car would not be nice. Parking is an issue in Sarande . I would not stay here with a car and have to drive into the beach every time

Beautiful place in a good location

It is like a guest house, hosts live in the same house, and rooms on different floors are for rent. We stayed in the apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance. It is a big apartment with a beautiful terrace - an area outside where you can rest in a swing, eat or dry your clothes. There is much space for parking. Though it may seem that the apartment is a bit far from the center, but it is an advantage because there is heavy traffic and a lot of hustle closer to the center. The apartment is close to the city entrance, so it makes it easier to travel to other places outside of Saranda. We walked to the public beach in Saranda, it takes about 30-40 minutes walking. Going back is a little more because the apartment is on the hill and the sea is down the road. You can drive to the center and public beach but not recommend to do it because of heavy traffic, narrow streets, lack of parking spaces, hills, one way streets. We preferred to walk, or drive to the beaches outside of Saranda. There is a good supermarket near the apartment (3 minutes walking), there is a fruit shop with better prices than down in the center (it is 2 minutes away). There is also a fast food place bear the apartment (1-2 minutes), where you can have (or order delivery) a good meal for a good price, they also make great cappuccino there if you are a fan of coffee. There is also a pharmacy near the apartment. The apartment is not far from the castle (you can walk there and take some pictures of the city, mountains and sea from the top. The apartment has one bed room and a living/kitchen area with two more beds and AC (when you go from the kitchen to the bathroom, you need to go through the bed room, so keep this in mind if it is important for you). There is a washing machine, a fridge. There are mosquito nets. The apartment was very clean! The hosts were nice.

Wifi is not stable and not very fast, often internet just did not work. If you urgently need wifi you can go to the fast food place and use it there. Would be nice to have a curtain in the shower. It is not about the apartment but if you drive, you need to take a sharp turn and go up for a few meters. It is not a problem, but the problem is cars parked on this road near the fast food place, so be careful.

Exceptional

Spectacular hotel with giant modern rooms including a big terrace with a breath taking view on the mountains. Kitchen includes everything people need to cook and prepare food. Everything super clean and with modern design including Great bathroom. The furniture and equipment were much better than in ordinary hotels in Sarande Great location and easy to access. Hosts were very kind and helpful. In this hotel you will really enjoy your time and relax.

A 5 stars accomodation! Super-Host!

One of the most beautiful accomodation visited with my family! The apartment is exactly as described in the offer. It is new, furnished with taste and equipped with all comforts and accessories. Private car parking is granted. The exclusive use of the balcony and the landscape on the surrounding mountains was truly a great added value to our stay! The whole building and the garden are constantly cleaned and the cleanliness is absolute even in the apartment! The apartment is located outside the chaos of Saranda (5 minutes driving) but very close to the main road that leads from the mountains to the city, so you have the big advantage of living in a really quiet area, but next to all the comforts of the city. The owners were really great, highly supportive and available to all our requests. Ultimately, together with my family, we really enjoyed this apartment and felt totally supported in every need. I really highly recommend this Super-Host, if you come to Sarande!

Amazing ;)

Our five-day stay in this apartment was a real rest for soul and body. Everything in the apartment is new, and hygiene is at the highest level. The apartment has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, mini stove, refrigerator, toaster, and dishes. Everything you need for your stay and food preparation. The apartment itself is located at the very entrance to Saranda from the direction of Fiera, so it is isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city. It has its own parking lot, which is priceless, like all home appliances. If you want to go anywhere, you have to drive, although there is a supermarket and fast food 100-200 meters away. We mostly went to Mirror beach, which is a 15-minute drive towards Ksamil. The hosts are pleasant and ready to help. All recommendations for the hosts and the apartment.

Esperienza stupenda

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia 5 notti presso l'appartamento con vista montagna. La posizione è strategica in quanto si è leggermente fuori dal centro ed è comprensiva di posto auto, inoltre vicinissimo a piedi c'è un supermercato ed un ristorante tipico ottimo. Inoltre la posizione consente di non dover sempre passare per il centro di saranda per raggiungere le spiagge. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e davvero accogliente. Le host sono state disponibili per tutto e molto accoglienti. L'esperienza è stata davvero ottima e la consiglio in particolare a chi vuole essere a saranda ma non troppo vicino alla caoticitá del centro.

Bell'appartamento, ma Saranda come città a noi non è assolutamente piaciuta.

Bell'Appartamento tenuto come nuovo, molto curato e pulito, spazioso per due persone, C'è quasi tutto quello che serve per soggiornare e cucinare. Lavatrice a pagamento come indicato.

Non ci sono zanzariere, ma la vera difficoltà è stato arrivare: la via indicata non è quella reale (non so perché), quindi nessuno degli abitanti di quella strada conosceva questa struttura. Abbiamo risolto dopo circa 30 minuti di girovagare per quella strada solo perché una passante gentile ha telefonato alla nostra host dal suo telefono, così ci è venuta incontro con la sua auto (le due vie non sono vicine). Quindi per arrivare dovete assolutamente avere una sim albanese, perché ci si arriva solo con maps, visto che l'indirizzo non è quello reale (è proprio un'altra via), nessuno si è scusato per questo problema. In 5 giorni con l'host ci siamo visti due volte (abitava sotto di noi) per pura necessità. A domande con wapp, risposte molto telegrafiche..,insomma, non è obbligatorio, ma un po' di calore non avrebbe guastato.

El apartamento estaba impecable tal y como aparece en las imágenes. La cama era muy cómoda. En 30 minutos andando puedes llegar al castillo para ver las vistas desde allí.
