The staff were very attentive and caring.
The room offers a wonderful view. The bells in the tower stop ringing at 22:00 and don’t start again until 7:00, which doesn’t disturb a good night’s sleep at all
A wonderful holiday in a secluded spot, with the chance to visit the stunning Verzaska River
To get to the room, you have to walk up to about the 5th floor. People with cardiovascular or musculoskeletal problems should bear this in mind

Beautiful view and we loved being right next to the bell tower. Easy to access. The property is SUPER clean and quiet. Well equipped.
Somehow we missed the part of the property description that says there is NOWHERE in Mergoscia (in the end of May) to get supplies (no shop) or food (no restaurant). This should be made more clear and more options would be better.
