The hotel was comfortable, super close to the train and very easy access to the airport. Staff was very kind!

Perfect location close to my work venue. Easy access to trains
Had to ask them to clean the room every day, it’s only done every three days otherwise

Great location, wonderful staff and restaurant
Interior halls a bit knocked around

The location was very good — the hotel is situated right next to Asakusabashi Station, which made getting around very convenient.
The room is not suitable for two people. Even after cleaning, it was often not properly clean and very dusty. None of the hotel staff spoke English, which made communication difficult. The breakfast was not varied and too expensive. There are many better options available in the area.
