Beautiful Gulf Access home Amazing pool sunsets

We loved the layout of the house. It works great for multiple couples as well as larger families. There was lots of parking available, which was great since we had 2 boat trailers. The house is a short distance from the boat ramp, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again!

I rented this property for our adult children. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. Check in process was very clear.There were, however, several downsides to this property. There were 6 bags of trash and recycling items in the garage which gave a bad smell in the kitchen, the outdoor trash containers were strewn at the curb, a few sliding glass doors did not lock (according to my son), a lanai screen door did not shut (they found a large snake in the pool area), the garage door opener was broken, and there were several water damage spots on the ceilings in a few rooms.Overall, it was a nice property, but there need to be several repairs completed.

The house was clean and welcoming. I would have given 5 stars except for a couple of minor items. We paid to have the pool heated and it was a little on the cool side. A few more degrees would have made a big difference. A few of the items that were on the listing were missing such as shampoo and bar soap. The clean bath towels in the linen closet were still damp. Aside from those things, it was the perfect place for our family to stay.

There was no propane to light the fireplace in the pool area. The pool was cold because the sun didnt hit it for most of the day. The house is located on a busy, noisy road. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was wonderful. We all agree that its time to get new mattresses. The doors out to the pool didn't lock and the front door key pad locked sometimes and didnt work other times. We had a wonderful family gathering with our Florida family. Great memories.
