About this apartment rental
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Agde, this charming studio to 300 meters of the beach of Richelieu, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room of 20 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a bathroom. Wifi, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, two convertible sofas (double).
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- An enclosed balcony with dining area.
- A bathroom with bath and toilet.
Common area:
- A shared swimming pool (not heated), open from May, a small pool for children and a guard to secure the place (opening dates not contractual, subject to modification of the residence)
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, iron.
The flat is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. In the heart of Cap d'Agde, you will be only 50 meters walking distance from the private beach of the island, public transport and the town centre where you will find all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-markets, shops, restaurants, bars, markets and nightlife.
Activities :
- Relaxing on the private beach of the marina or water activities: boat trips, paddle, jet-ski etc..
- Visit of wine estates and tasting of regional products.
- Visit of the city of Agde : Cathedral Saint-Etienne, museums, river port etc..
- Hike to the Mont-Saint-Loup, Bagnas lock.
- Trips to the theatre, cinema and arenas, spa and balneotherapy.
- Aqualand Park, LunaPark, horse riding, Casino, paintball, bowling...
- Visits to surrounding towns and villages: Le Grau d'Agde, La Tamassière, Pézenas...
- Events: fireworks festival, wind festival, boat show, VinoCap, fishermen's festival...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Agde train station located at 6 km (10 min by car).
- Nearest airport: Béziers-Cap d'Agde airport located 15 km away (16 min by car).

- Bed linen and towels not included.
- Free Wifi available.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Le Tusco "Excellent with families with kids
🙂 The location was fantastic, all the attractions, Luna Park, Aqualand, Aquapark etc. were very close, perfect for families with children. Swimming pool was 20 meters far, big and clean. There is a supermarket just 2 min walking. The host was very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was very fast and parking was included, which made things even easier."
