Die Wohnung ist optimal und liebevoll ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen, Wanderung können ohne lange Anfahrt direkt begonnen werden, übergabe verlief reibungslos

Wenn man die Wohnung zum ersten Mal betritt, ist man begeistert. Sie sieht toll aus und ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Leider ist sie nicht mehr neu und müsste etwas überholt werden. Die Verkleidung Platz ab, eine Schranktür in der Küche hängt nur noch an einem Scharnier, Waschbecken im Duschbad ist verstopft, alle Teller sind angeschlagen, das Gemüsefach im Kühlschrank ist so gebrochen, dass man sich in die Finger schneidet. Zudem wird die Heizung von extern manuell geregelt und man darf sie auch nicht verstellen. Uns war es trotz zwei paar Socken, dicken Jogginghosen und zwei Pullis zu kalt. Leider bekommt man auch keinen Schlüssel für das Tor zur Anlage. Das soll eigentlich immer offen stehen, bei uns war es zu und die Kontaktperson nicht zu erreichen. Hat einige Zeit gedauert, bis wir dann auf das Gelände kamen. Ansonsten schöne Wohnung am Anfang der Ortes. Ohne Auto kommt man nicht zu den Freizeitaktivitäten. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum 40 min bergauf. Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Wohnung sehr sauber.
