We had a wonderful stay and the host Luca couldn’t have been more accommodating with any special needs.
We’ve been coming to Cortona since 2010. This is the best designed apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Wonderful provisions and thoughtful details. Truly comfortable. Also, great location close to via Nationale and the center of town.
There are no views from the apartment, but there’s a lovely small private courtyard and the living spaces were very comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an extraordinary apartment in the heart of Cortona, and I cannot express enough how truly delightful the experience was. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the exceptional location, coupled with the warm hospitality of the hosts, made this stay an absolute dream come true. Let's start with the location – it was simply perfect. Nestled in the enchanting town of Cortona. The proximity to the town center allowed us to explore Cortona's picturesque streets, vibrant markets, and authentic trattorias with ease. Whether we were wandering through the Piazza della Repubblica or immersing ourselves in the rich history of the Etruscan Museum, everything was just a short walk away. The apartment itself was nothing short of marvelous. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an immaculately clean and beautifully furnished space. The interior design was tastefully done, combining a contemporary feel with rustic elements that paid homage to the charm of the region. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light. Every amenity we could have wished for was provided, ensuring our stay was nothing short of luxurious. However, what truly set this apartment apart was the exceptional hospitality of our hosts. From the moment we arrived at the train station, they were there to greet us with warm smiles and open arms. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort and enjoyment made us feel like treasured guests. They provided us with a wealth of local knowledge, recommending the best restaurants, hidden gems, and must-visit attractions. Their personal touch and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect were truly remarkable. The hosts' generosity didn't stop there. They thoughtfully stocked the apartment with a selection of delicious local treats, such as baked pastries, pastas, and a bottle of exquisite Tuscan wine.

LOOK NO FURTHER, BEST ACCOMMODATION IN CORTONA!
everything! I did a “mother and me” trip to Tuscany and we started in Rome, then Casa Primo in Cortona and finished in north Tuscany. this was by far the best accommodation we stayed in. from the thoughtful kitchen inclusions, to the parking directions and spacious layout, even having the central Main Street at your doorstep. you can only love this place and when Luca (the host) tells you the history of the “one of a kind” apartment that his renovated preserving his grandfathers original carpeting, you can’t help but fall in love with it!
almost nothing! there are four easy steps to consider with luggage. Cortona is a pedestrian only main town, you have to park close by and walk.

Stylish and very well appointed apartment in a fantastic location. They've been thoughtful and generous in supplying everything you'd need.
Only downside for us was the very small courtyard without a view (but we knew that when we booked). The courtyard door provided the only natural light into the downstairs area which made the very spacious area feel a little hemmed in. (However we are used to an open plan, stand alone house so for others this might not feel thst way).

Casa Primo is in the perfect location for a short stay in Cortona. The host is nice and realiable, the house is nicely equipped and styled and it was perfectly clean when we arrived. Communication was easy and smooth!

Simply the best lodging experience of all our trips to Europe
My wife and I recently stayed at Casa Primo in Cortona for two weeks. The apartment is wonderfully located with easy access to restaurants and shops in the heart of Cortona. It was quiet, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It has been recently renovated, mixing old world charm with a modern feeling - beautifully decorated. It has a large, well stocked kitchen with everything one would need for cooking and dining in. Luca was so very helpful and a truly gracious host. On our arrival, he met us at the apartment, helped us with our luggage and was available by phone to assist us and answer any questions that came up during our stay. We can unequivocally recommend staying here!
