Location was great, staff were excellent. Walmart is within walking distance as well as several restaurants and gift shops. Super close to the beach (imo for not being on the beach) and right behind pineapple Willy’s. It has many wonderful pools and hot tubs to enjoy. Several restaurants on site. I highly recommend Juan Taco. We didn’t go to the gym on site but there is one for anyone wanting to exercise.
Upon arriving we noticed that it wasn’t cleaned very well. Nothing that a quick sweep/wipe down couldn’t fix. The only real issue was that we were locked out of our room with no phones, keys, wallets or anything that we needed. We memorized the code and had used it several times to go swimming and left all our personal items in the room. The code wasn’t the issue. The lock itself was jammed and they had to get a locksmith out and replace the door knob/code box. A couple hours later we were back in. Not really anyone’s fault, it just made our vacation a little stressful.

The young lady at the front desk was rude due to the situation that booking.com. And I wish I was closer to beach.

One of The toilet were messed up and we didn’t know so it smelt bad but we tried to fix it
