Amantea Apartment THE NEW

This is a beautifully recently renovated building with elevator and smart home technology. The kitchen was large enough for a family of 6 to cook and dine in. The location is in the very centre of the new town and a short drive from the beach, highways, and the surrounding countryside. Beds were very comfortable and there is good storage for clothing. The bathroom is modern and new with every comfort.

Given that the location is right at the main town piazza, and on the main shopping street, the area is busy. I loved being in the centre of it all. Cafes, restaurants, delicious pizza, and great shopping all around - literally metres from our doorstep. The main drag, however, is where the townspeople gather so it is noisy at times. Sometimes late into the night so if windows are open for fresh air, you do notice the elevated street noise. The balcony was amazing to watch the goings on. If you prefer quiet, this is not the place to stay.

The property was like a 5-star hotel. The facilities were impeccable. For instance, all rooms in the condominium had their own very quiet and brand new air conditioner. I counted 5 individually-controlled air conditioners. The windows in tbe house were brand new. Each window had a remote-control power screen so you can control the brightness in each room of the appartment, at your finger tips. This became especially important in the 2 bedrooms, as you can create complete darkness to get a restful evening of sleep. The same washer also dried your clothes, a great convenience. No need to hang your clothes to dry. All appliances were state of the art, including stove, oven and washer-dryer. The beach was very close to get to. Our host was the absolute greatest. He went over-and-above his call of duty and was always available. As an example, he not only told me where to get my mobile phone fixed, but he also met me at the store, just to make sure I got the proper service and at the right price. Our host was a great gentleman ! I give this place and host a perfect score !
