About this house rental
Welcome to your private townhome, offering three levels of comfort for your group.
Located within the scooter zone and nearby other points of interest such as; Stanley Park, Mission, Barley Belt, the Stampede grounds and more.
This home offers two primary bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, 59' smart TV and king-sized bed. The third sleeping space can be found in the living room (sofa bed). For larger groups we offer a single cot.
The two patios are a great place to enjoy the sunrises.
Located in Parkhill, a neighbourhood just south of downtown Calgary. You will enjoy quick access to the following areas:
-Stanley Park
-Mission (4th Street)
-Stampede Grounds (watch the fireworks from your balcony's)
-Barley Belt
-Chinook Mall
-Brittania
-Macleod Trail
-Downtown Calgary
With so many transportation options and nearby places of interest (amazing food options) you will be able to fully enjoy the city of Calgary and all it has to offer.
If you enjoy green spaces and pathways we have many nearby.
Guests will have access to the entire three level home, complete with garage, small workout area, two patios and dual primary suites, each with king sized beds, en-suites & TV’s.

Thanks for a great stay! Our group travelled to Calgary to take in some Stampede events. The location was a quick uber ride to all the events. The accommodations were clean, and fresh. The host was very helpful with check in and responded to questions quickly. I appreciated how thankful the host was when we pointed out a few minor fixes that come with rental properties. Would recommend this property for any stay in Calgary!

Beautiful townhouse with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, very nice having ensuites in both rooms. The stairs from the front door are very steep, so keep in mind if you have small children.
Would definitely stay again when in Calgary.

Well set up for two couples- the bedrooms have a long hallway between them. Great layout of main floor with large gathering spaces; spacious, modern, and clean kitchen. Surprisingly little noise from McLeod Trail just one block away. Great place to get ready for events and then to come home to relax in.
